Location preference

Your chosen ZIP code is saved in browser storage. We use it to request local weather, news, and election information. It is an area preference, not continuous location tracking. You can remove it using the “Forget my saved ZIP” control on a local information page.

Newsletters

When you subscribe, we store your email, ZIP, selected categories, delivery schedule, and consent record on the server. Each newsletter includes preference and unsubscribe links. We retain the unsubscribe status to prevent further newsletter delivery unless you explicitly subscribe again.

Advertiser accounts and support

We store account details, campaign creatives, payment references, and private support messages and attachments. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this website. Authenticator setup protects advertiser and administration access.

Advertisement measurement

We record ad exposure and click counts. Optional website referral measurement requires analytics permission and advertiser-installed code. It reports page paths and approximate active time after a referral. It does not capture passwords, card details, form contents, or page query strings. Advertisers see information for their campaigns only.

Service providers

Hosting, email delivery, card payments, weather, election data, optional analytics, and AI services process information needed to provide their respective functions. A precise election lookup sends the entered address to the configured election information provider; this site does not create a reader profile or retain that address.

Contact us to ask about stored information or request help with deletion. Certain payment and security records may need to be retained for business records and dispute handling.
