Free reading
Public news is free to read. You are responsible for verifying time-sensitive weather, election, financial, or other important information with the appropriate original or official source.
Advertising
Campaigns use prepaid view credits at the package price shown during checkout. A view requires at least half of the banner to be visible for one continuous second in an active tab. We apply basic automated-traffic and duplicate-view filters. Counts are estimates and are not independently accredited audience measurements.
Payment is collected before review. A campaign becomes eligible to display only after successful payment and approval. The purchased duration begins at approval. Advertisements rotate in the single banner position below the site header when multiple campaigns are eligible.
Advertisers must have permission to use submitted text, images, and linked content. We may reject, pause, or remove misleading, unlawful, harmful, or unsuitable advertisements. Changes to the creative or destination require review.
Renewal and refunds
Automatic renewal is offered during setup. It requires an explicit authorization for future charges at the selected package price. Renewal occurs when credits run out, subject to the monthly payment limit and campaign end date. Turning renewal off preserves remaining paid views. Prices for an existing campaign are retained from its original package selection.
If an advertisement is rejected, its unused payment is submitted for refund. When a campaign ends, unused paid views are refunded proportionately, rounded to the nearest cent. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and card issuer. We do not guarantee clicks, unique visitors, purchases, or business results.
Account security and support
Keep your password, authenticator, and recovery codes private. Use the advertiser support system for campaign and billing questions. Attach only files you have permission to share.
